Xpress are delighted to be working with one of our UK hotels groups on this newly created role which has come about owing to the company going through a restructure during the last 18 months. The company are now looking to attract a highly experienced Front of House Manager with large Accommodation / inventory experience to head up a Cluster of properties based with Edinburgh as Cluster Front of House Manager
The Job:
As Cluster Front of House Manager you will report directly into the Cluster General Manager, and you will be fully responsible for managing and developing your team within the scope of the properties that you will oversee. As Cluster Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer experience, helping and assisting your team to make sure that all guests receive a smooth and enjoyable check in and check out experience as well as making sure your team are fully knowledgeable with any local needs or requirements regarding local information that might be required by guests. As Cluster Front of House Manager, you will be expected to have a strong and knowledgeable understanding of front of house systems and procedures and be someone that can adapt and develop in these challenging times making sure that all employees and guests are in the safest environment that can be implemented through company health and safety at work policies
The Person:
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experience individual who enjoys leading and developing their team. We would see this role suiting a career minded individual that might well be looking towards being a GM at some stage in their hotel life or indeed someone that has a strong commercial understanding and enjoys working in large or complex hospitality remits, apply candidates must be able to understand accommodation inventory and be able to outline in their CVS’s to date experience and achievements.
The Rewards:
Our client is looking to appoint a Cluster Front of House Manager circa £35,000 to £40,000 plus outstanding performance related benefits; this is a great opportunity to grow a join an award-winning employer.
