The Job:
We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to join a brigade in a fantiastic Edinburgh hotel. As a Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a winning team ensuring that all daily tasks and prep is completed to the company standards. You will also be supervising Demi Chefs/Commis Chefs and leading the kitchen team in absence of senior chefs. A keen focus on ensuring everything is as fresh as possible and to the highest quality is essential.
The Person:
You will need to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure and support the kitchen management by supervising the junior team. We are keen to speak to career minded individuals who are looking to build on their skills and develop their careers long term. You may be a Commis Chef looking for that next step up in your career or a CDP looking to work in a live-in role for a season for a different life experience.
