The C&B Manager will manage all functions in the property along with an already in place senior C&B team, and a supportive Director of F&B, ensuring guests expectations are met through delivering high service standards. You will be required to MC at some events, manage and develop your team, organise the function space and ensure every finite detail is correct. The function facilities of this hotel are vast and extremely busy. As mentioned, there is a strong team in place, all needing managed and developed. Our client is looking for someone currently in a C&B Manager role in at least a 4star establishment who has a proven track record of driving the business forward and ensuring a very good quality of service is received and is now looking for further development in a high-end operation. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role therefore you must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. A cool head to deal with last-minute requests and problems would be an advantage.
