An exciting new opportunity for a Back of House Manager for a magnificent 5 star hotel in Scotland, part of an international group and a recognised name synonymous with luxury and service in the industry.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will ensure the highest standards of hygiene and occupational health and safety are maintained in all back of house areas, at all times. Controlling kitchen equipment, supplies and chemicals, you will also manage the team of porters — using your ability to mentor and lead by example to set the highest standards for yourself and your team.
You will be confident and caring, focused on helping each individual team member achieve their goals and you will display exceptional attention to detail — drawing on your experience in a similar role at a four- or five-star hotel. In turn, you will receive the support to develop your own skills as a manager and a back of house specialist.
Our client is offering a salary of £28,000 and a bonus and a company benefits package.
