Iconic Edinburgh ice cream shop looking for new staff

Mary's Milk Bar, located on the Grassmarket, announced on Instagram that they are on the hunt for some new ‘Milk Barbarians’.

The infamous ice cream parlour is known for its wacky and unusual flavours of treats. At Christmas they had a mince pie flavoured ice cream!

They are looking for people with experience in a similar environment such as a coffee shop. Candidates must also be available to work throughout the summer and on weekends.

Positions available are for either two or four days per week.

The only way to apply for the job is to hand in a CV and covering letter in store. Your covering letter should include your favourite flavours of ice cream and ‘a nice story about ice cream or something we should know about you’.
