Down the Hatch in South Queensferry reopens!

The local favourite café and bistro, Down the Hatch, has reopened for collection! The restaurant was already offering a ‘DIY throw inn the oven meals’ delivery service.
Customers will have to order through their app and are promised a ‘non-contact collection’. However, they have warned that demand is extremely high and there is possibility pf orders being rejected.
The decision comes after the bistro conducted a survey which they said ‘overwhelmingly’ showed that customers were keen for a collection service. They closed throughout the week to deep clean the restaurant and have been taking orders since 11am.
