WEST Brewery in Glasgow announced on Twitter that they would “rather sweep the streets than do business” with people like Tim Martin.

The response was prompted by a customer asking whether the company would consider refusing to supply the chain, to which they replied: "Don't worry. We already made that decision last week. We'd rather sweep the streets than do business with people like him."

Wetherspoons recently faced huge backlash over the treatment of their staff amid the current pandemic. Particularly, Wetherspoons boss, Tim Martin, came under fire for suggesting staff should apply for a job in a supermarket to cover lost wages.
