Our client is looking for an up and coming Area Manager to head up a newly created Area cluster role which will oversee the management of 6 Licensed Trade outlets which are currently based within the East Coast of Scotland. As Area Manager you will be fully responsible for the management of your units and you will have a supportive team of Outlet General Managers all reporting into you ; as part of your own personal development you will report into a Business Unit Director
The Job : Owing to the this appointment the company requires all applying candidates to be able to demonstrate in their cv and career to date the following !
- Existing Multi site or cluster Operations Management expereince gained within a wet led licensed trade background gained with the UK from an established Uk operators
- Financially astute, solid finance style of management, working directly with managers on GP's and budgets
- Execution of operating standards to optimise return on investments, increase sales and improve profits.
- Experienced at managing multi at least one large multi complex site or a cluster of small sites, with a cv that can demonstrate structured results and people development .
- Able to highlight innovative, creative thinking while juggling people and guest/ customer expectations within groups high standards and values.
- Provide support to management team across the group.
- Attract, develop and retain excellent talent at all levels both front and back of house ensuring proper training programs are available to all, and implemented successfully.

The Rewards
Our client is looking at an attractive starting basic salary of circa £45,000 to £50,000 with a profit related bonus scheme coupled with a highly attractive benefits package.
