The Place:
Our client operates as a prestigious leader within the leisure marketplace. They have continued to develop, expand and re invent their establishment and their image and are now looking to recruit for their hospitality and catering division. This would be a franchise opportunity and would be to look after all aspects of catering and hospitality to ensure that all food and beverage services compliment the venue and its already great reputation.
The Job:
Within the Catering Department you will be fully responsible for delivering planned financial P&L budgets, building the team and ensuring facilities, services and standards are kept high. Your remit will cover everything from financial acumen, people management, leadership skills to making sure that the day to day communication is being implemented though the team, senior management and client. You will look after both members and guests ensuring their experience is consistent and exceeds expectations through F&B, Hospitality and events.
The Person:
Owing to the critical nature of this appointment within the business, applying applicants must be able to clearly demonstrate within their career to date a full range of financial, operational and management experience, knowledge and results from a high end Hospitality organisation. This franchise should be able to highlight initiatives, ideas and enhancements that they have been involved in within food and beverage organisations. You must be customer focused, driven by standards, want to be hands on and have the ability to put together a catering strategy that you can follow through and show results.
