The Place:
Our client owns a very successful hotel in perthshire and is currently looking to recruit an experienced F&B manager looking to continue to progress their career into operations management.
The Job:
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the complete operational excellence of the food and beverage department within the property. The successful candidate will be in charge of leading, motivating and directing a highly talented and enthusiastic team. You will be responsible for managing all staff, delivering 4star standards and driving the department to reach the companies goals and continually improve on previous performances. Managing full financial remit this role clearly requires a strong knowledge and understanding of commercial hotel operations.
The Person:
The successful candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate within their career to-date a structured success story gained within the hotel industry and within a very busy food & beverage department. You will be dedicated to delivering quality service, have attention to detail, be accommodating and flexible in your approach to your job. As a senior manager you will need to lead by example as well as motivate, develop and train staff. Your experience is essential to come from, Restaurant, Bar, Room Service in a minimum of 3star and in a food and beverage Manager`s position. This role will suit a current F&B Manager looking to take a step into a premier brand that will assist in your career development. You will be a hospitality professional and bring with you the desire to deliver exceptional service within a company that rewards excellence.
The Rewards
Our client offers a competitive salary in the region of £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience and skill set for the roles along with great benefits package.
