The Place:
Over the last 3 years our clients has continued to invest, re position and establish their country house hotel “Brand” within the UK marketplace.
The Job:
As the Hotel General Manager you will have the overall responsibility for managing the day to day operational remit of this extremely busy and successful 30 bedroom country house property. This role is a highly demanding remit and will require a truly committed “Hands on Operator” You will need to be commercially accountable for your financial delivery coupled with ensuring that all of the companies brand standards, procedures and systems are controlled and implemented inline with company policies.
The Person:
Ideally you will be either an existing General Manager working within a fully serviced country house hotel environment or indeed a number 2 who has completed a full 2 years in a country house environment looking for that step up in their career. Applying candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate a successful track record of achievements in their careers to date. A sound understands and working knowledge of F&B would be advantageous.
The Rewards:
This role with have an excellent starting salary circ £32,000 coupled with first class large company benefits and senior management bonus structure initially management accommodation can be provided within the first 3 months probationary period.
