The Place:
Our client, a 4 star hotel on the West Coast of Scotland is looking to recruit an Operations Manager for their property. With a rich and interesting history and with an even more exciting future the property boasts excellent accommodation, diverse Conference and Banqueting facilities and a popular and busy brasserie style dining area.
The Job:
We are looking for an efficient and 100% hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to look after the day to day operation and management of the hotel, with particular focus on developing the Food & Beverage and Front Of House departments to achieve their maximum potential. Your remit will include several Key Performance areas including being tasked with improving service standards throughout the hotel and subsequently improve customer satisfaction on a consistent basis. Key responsibilities will be to manage, control, train and motivate management and staff through leading by example.
The Person:
Without doubt we are looking for an Operations Manager who is tenacious and hungry to make a success of a role that will require time and dedication to get right!!!
As an Operations Manager coming from a quality Hotel background you will be used to dealing with large volume functions as well as fine dining. Your training and development skills will need to be first class as will your ability to motivate the team to constantly strive to achieve more in regards to customer service and revenue generation.
The Rewards:
For Operations Manager the client will offer a salary of up to £24,000 P/A plus company benefits and possible performance related bonus scheme.
