The Place
Luxury 4 star country house hotel with popular restaurant seeks a Food and Beverage Operations Manager.
The Job
The Food and Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for the complete operational excellence of the food and beverage department within the property. Reporting directly to the General Manager the successful candidate will be in charge of leading, motivating and directing a highly talented and enthusiastic team. You will be responsible for managing heads of departments, delivering in advance of 4star standards and driving the department to reach the companies goals and continually improve on previous performances. Managing full financial remit this role clearly requires a strong knowledge and understanding of commercial hotel operations.
The Person
The successful candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate within their career to-date a structured success story gained within 4 star quality Hotel. You will be dedicated to delivering 4 star service, have attention to detail, be accommodating and flexible in your approach to your job. As a senior manager you will need to lead by example as well as motivate, develop and train staff. Your experience is essential to come from, Restaurant, Bar, Room Service in a minimum of 4star and 2 rosettes at a senior Food and Beverage Manager`s position. This role will suit a current F&B Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will be a hospitality professional and bring with you the desire to deliver exceptional service within a company that rewards excellence.
The Rewards
Our client offers a competitive salary in the region of £25,000 - £27,000 along with great benefits package.
