The Place:
Our client operates a luxury 4 star hotel in Central Scotland. Currently they have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager.
The Job:
In this role you will focus on ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service whilst in the Restaurant. In addition you will ensure standards are maintained and that all operational and administrative duties are carried out to time target deadlines.
The Person:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a wealth of experience in a high volume, quality driven Hotel or Restaurant. You will be an ambitious and driven individual who is financially astute and who takes great pride in coaching, encouraging and motivating your people. There is a lot of logistics planning involved in this role therefore it`s important that you are an excellent planner.
The Rewards:
Our client is offering a competitive salary package of: £20,000 - £22,000 along with fantastic career opportunities.
