The resort has enjoyed significant investment; undergoing a £200 million refurbishment requires a talented Restaurant Manager to take charge of this upscale restaurant whilst also overseeing room catering . Taking responsibility and overseeing an upscale restaurant operation within the Hotel which boasts an award winning restaurant, bars and other first class dining experiences. You’ll train, develop and motivate your team; improving and maintaining standards to ensure the guest’s needs are met and exceeded. Working closely with the Head Chef and Director of Food and Beverage in further developing the food & beverage offer.
You must have 5*Hotel/restaurant experience. The role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager with a good understanding of food and liquor controls within a quality environment. Skilled in manning levels and team development are also essential. Excellent presentation and FOH skills are essential to this role.
