Our client operates a fantastic 4 star quality hotel in Aberdeenshire. This property has around 30 rooms, extensive banqueting facilities and forms part of a renowned hotel organisation. They are currently looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for their award winning rosette restaurant.
As Restaurant Manager you will report to the General Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of this busy and popular venue. You will ensure all guests are provided with an efficient, friendly and professional service, ensuring that sales are maximised and all costs are controlled, whilst managing and developing your team.
To be considered for the post of Restaurant Manager the successful candidate will demonstrate a consistent employment background at management level within 4 / 5 star hotels or branded / independent restaurants. You will be competent in all management practices involved with managing people ie: rotas, wage forecasts, appraisals, recruitment, disciplinary etc. In addition you will be a career driven individual who is passionate about delivering quality and standards.
A salary of up to £28,000 is on offer to the Restaurant Manager along with first class training and development and additional company benefits.
