Under the direction of the new owners the hotel has been repositioned to be operating within the luxury 5 star country house marketplace. As part of the groups expansions plans across the UK they are looking to appoint a highly driven 5 star Hotel Manager, who will directly head up this outstanding hotel renovation, the successful Hotel Manager will report back directly into a UK Cluster General Manager, applying candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate a strong Food and Beverage background coupled with a clear structured background working in high end luxury 4 star Country House or 5 star country house or resort experience.
As Hotel Manager you will have the task with implementing the financial budgets which have been agreed and implemented by the senior management team, as Hotel Manager you will be fully responsible for implementing a clear staff policy of delivering outstanding “customer Service” as the Hotel Manager you will be fully expected to lead by example and set clear goals and objectives for your team in order for budgets and financial goals to be achieved.
Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced “Luxury Country House or Boutique Hotel Manager or indeed a highly successful Resort House Manager, who has gained a strong commercial background and has been working closely with revenue, reservations departments and has a high working knowledge and understanding of delivering through their employees great Food and Beverage experiences within their current business. As Hotel Manager you must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, train and motivate others to achieve clear financial goals and the impact that this will have in motivating individuals to achieve their personal and business objectives.
