Our client, a well established and expanding Edinburgh based branded restaurant operator is looking for a highly experienced Head Chef for their new opening.
As Head Chef you’ll be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, overseeing food ordering, preparation, delivery, staffing, stock control and conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards. The Restaurant will focus in on supplying customers with the best quality fresh produce.
As the Head Chef, you will be a confident leader and have the ability to take responsibility for the entire kitchen operations, including the development of your team. With passion for serving dishes that you are proud of, you will instil this and other values of excellence, profit maximisation, and health & safety practices, throughout the kitchen team. The right candidate should have a history of working with a chargrill and using top quality beef and shellfish.
Our client offers a very tempting salary of up to £36,000 plus bonus to the successful candidate. You will take part in their comprehensive training, and have a number of great benefits offered.
