You can now go to ‘sushi school’ in Edinburgh

YO! Sushi on Princes Street are now hosting a Sushi School every Sunday from 10.00 till 12.00.

Sushi students will be shown a range of different fish cutting techniques by a YO! chef as well as various rolling methods.

The classes will be either one hour or an hour and a half long, costing £30 per person to attend or two for £50.

YO! Sushi said: "After seeing the fish cut, we’ll show you how to cook the perfect sushi rice at home. Then we'll show you how to roll!

"We'll take you through how to make some of our most popular dishes, step by step."
