Springboard set to embark on an exciting project with HMYOI Polmont training young offenders to prevent re-offending.

We are reaching out to hospitality employers who are keen to support/give back or link into this programme.

This is a 3 day programme where a group of 10 young offenders will be trained in World Host, kitchen and barista skills.  On day 3 of the programme they would like to pull together a small recruitment fair bringing several employers into the setting and encouraging them to promote their employment opportunities to the group and also talk about the potential roles available.

If you are keen to get involved then please contact Vicki Sutherland (Head of East Scotland ) - vickis@springboarduk.org.uk

The programme will run over 3 days – 17/18/19 October (Tuesday - Thurday). It’s the afternoon of the 19th October where springboard are hoping some of you will support by bringing your stands and enthusiastic employees!

A planning meeting will be hosted within Polmont on Friday 15th September where you can see the setting and find out more about the project.

Springboard are doing an amazing job to prevent offenders re-offending and change lives for the better, but they need you to get involved and help!
