ASVA Awards 2019

This year’s ASVA conference seen a variety of speakers advising many difference areas of business as well has hosting the ASVA Awards 2019. ASVA said topics of discussion this year were chosen from members’ needs and wants. Some of these included maximising income, staff motivation and development and engaging visitors.

The conference was held in Crieff Hydro, and the award ceremony (sponsored by Brodies) was held in the lavish Drawing Room. Conference Delegates joined the celebrations as ASVA showcased the best of the hospitality industry. Afterwards, guests were treated to a Gala Dinner and drinks!

Notable winners included Floors Castle and Gardens for Best Visitor Experience, Glasgow Museums who won a Marketing Award for ‘Dippy on Tour’ and Emma Sweeney from The Hill House (National Trust for Scotland) who won the Rising Star Award.
