Xpress Recruitment are delighted to be working for an Edinburgh based Accommodation provider. Owing to recent internal changes and investment the company are now looking to strengthen their existing Edinburgh based team by appointing an Edinburgh based Area Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day to day running of 5 large scale accommodation venues.
As “Area Operations Manager” you will be reporting directly into one of the parent company’s directors. You will be fully responsible for overseeing and managing a team of 5 unit manager, as AOM your will be fully accountable for the day to day operational running of all these independent sites. Within your daily remit you will be responsible for making sure all areas of compliance are being up held, as well as working with suppliers such as laundry, cleaning staff and stationery and janitorial suppliers to make sure all units are operating and adhering to company guest service standards.
Ideally, we are looking to attract applications from individuals who are working in a multi-site remit, or cluster remit, this might well suit someone from a facilities background, contract catering or multi Housekeeping environment looking to move into a larger remit.
Our client is looking to appoint an “Area Operations Manager on a starting salary subject to knowledge and experience circa £27,000 to £35,000 plus excellent additional company benefits. For further detail contract xpress
