The Place:
An exciting new opportunity for a Hotel Manager for a magnificent 5 star hotel in Glasgow, part of an international group and a recognized name synonymous with luxury and service in the industry.
The Job:
You will be managing the operational departments of the hotel, while improving productivity, food quality, service and increasing sales and profit throughout the Hotel. You will support the effective operational management team and work with the heads of department in achieving the revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
Responding to audits that are completed by the company to ensure continual improvement is achieved. Reporting to an Area General Manager, you will work in conjunction to actively manage the key issues within the property including projects; customer service; refurbishment.
The Person:
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within high quality, renowned hotels and will have been operating at Operations level. Candidates applying need to clearly demonstrate within their CV quality progression and consistent movement within the 4* or 5* market place. This role would ideally suit a career minded individual looking to move to the next level within two years. The Rewards:
Our client is offering a salary of around £50,000 and a 20% bonus and a company benefits package which includes healthcare.
