Our client a 5 star deluxe property and set in stunning surroundings on The West Coast of Scotland with award winning restaurant and luxury accommodation, and will shortly be going through a refurbishment is looking for a Head Housekeeper.
The Job
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Executive Housekeeper from a quality establishment, or a Deputy Housekeeper looking to progress in their career. You will be responsible for running the department; managing staff and ensuring high standards are achieved and exceeded. You will need to be hands on - cleaning rooms and public areas, as well as checking rooms. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a refurbishment program me.
The Person
Our client is looking for someone with dedication and drive to succeed, shows attention to detail and able to work under pressure. Multi tasking and dealing with both guests and employees, you should have strategic management experience and be aware of the business needs of the hotel throughout the year. Managing budgets and excellent time management skills will be required. Full training will be given on all the Hotel systems. Highly experienced, from a high quality environment, red stars would be a great advantage but at least 4/5star. Good communication, hard working and able to lead by example.
The Rewards
Our client offers a salary of up to £25,000 plus a company benefits scheme.
