The Place:
Our client owns and manages highly respected, international branded, full serviced hotels in Africa. They plan to add 20 hotels over the next 2 years throughout the African continent; one of which is in West Africa and is a newly built 50 plus bed roomed hotel with first class restaurant with aims of achieving 5* status very quickly. We are now recruiting for a General Manager for this property.
The Job:
As General Manager you will be fully responsible for this superb Hotel; developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure excellent sales and profit performance while ensuring a 5 star service culture exists, in addition the General Manager will be expected to play a leading part in the community
The Person:
To be successful in the role of General Manager you will already be a General Manager or a dynamic up and coming Deputy GM looking for the all important first position, experience in European / International markets would be a distinct advantage, being fluent in French is essential.
The Rewards:
Our client is offering a very competitive Expat General Manager package to include salary circa $60-$70k net, housing; medical insurance and 1 flight home per year, there will also be a bonus which will be discussed.
