The Place:
Our client a part of a leading international Hotel group has an opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager.
The Job:
Taking responsibility and overseeing the Food & Beverage operation within the Hotel which boasts an award winning restaurant, bar, C&B and other first class dining experiences. You’ll train, develop and motivate your team; improving and maintaining standards to ensure the guest’s needs are met and exceeded. Working closely with the Operations Manager in further developing the F&B offer within the Hotel.
The Person:
You must have at least 4*Hotel experience. The role would suit an experienced F&B Manager with a good understanding of food and liquor control within a quality environment. Skilled in manning levels and team development are also essential. Excellent presentation and FOH skills are also essential.
The Rewards:
A competitive salary of up to £22,000 plus company benefits.
