This property is in the process of going through a major refurbishment within their restaurants and public areas. Part of an international group our client offers excellent career opportunities.
The Job
We are looking for a highly experienced Manager within Food & Beverage who can primarily lead the department and oversee all food services within the hotel. This role is very hands on and you will take responsibility for overseeing the Food & Beverage operation within the Hotel which boasts an award winning restaurant and bar and other first class dining experiences. You’ll train, develop and motivate your team; improving and maintaining standards to ensure the guest’s needs are met and exceeded. You will be financially sound and competent in running a departmental budget.
The Person
This role requires someone from a senior management role within F&B, highly experienced within restaurant, bar and C&B management. You will be from a 4* Hotel background with experience of managing volume catering outlets, possibly coming from a cruise line background. Previous exposure of working during a refurbishment would also be a distinct advantage. You will be energetic and have the strength of character to take on the role and drive the business forward. This role will also involve you working evenings and weekends and therefore you should be ambitious and realise that this is an excellent stepping stone to hotel operations management.
The Rewards
Our client will reward you with a highly competitive salary in the region of £30,000 plus bonus and excellent company benefits package.
