We require a Sous Chef to work in our clients four star, market leading Edinburgh Hotel.
This role focuses primarily on the hotels 2AA rosette, fine dining restaurant so you will need to come from a similar background. We also need candidates who are comfortable working on the hotels extensive C&B facilities which can caterer for up to 350covers. When dealing with a brigade of 19 it goes without saying your people management skills will need to be spot on as will your ability to motivate the team and ensure the kitchens high standards are maintained at all times.
