The Job:
The main duties and responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager will be to proactively hunt and develop new and lapsed business across the corporate sectors within the local marketplace including corporate and meeting & events. With a strong team behind you can concentrate on enhancing client relationships and growing profitable sales for the hotel.
The Person:
To be considered for the role of Sales Manager you must have a CV that demonstrates a proven track record in proactive hospitality sales especially in hunting new business and ideally within the 4/5* hotel, conference or tourism sector. You will be a polished and confident sales professional and be successful in creating genuine client relationships through strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of the Edinburgh corporate conference and events market from networking and previously established strong client relationships. This role would suit a Sales Executive or Sales Manager looking for career development.
The Rewards:
